My baby ate her own poop!

Tonight my 10 month old pooped in the tub (me and my son were already out by then, thank God)! Anyway, she ate a nice chunk of it. I grabbed her and dug it out of her month--she was gagging. Then she put her dookie hand in her mouth again!

I went online and found other babies have done this and they all said its no harm done, apparently happens all the time! YUCK!!
